We are proud to have a dedicated team of committee members, trustees, coaches, and volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of our club and swimming sessions. Our leadership team, which includes the Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Safeguarding and Welfare Officers, is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all our members. In addition, our Swimming and Social Committee members and coaching staff, each with a wealth of experience and a range of qualifications, are dedicated to helping our swimmers reach their full potential, providing reassurance about the quality of training our members receive.

We are fortunate to have the invaluable support of our volunteer teachers and Helpers in the Water, who give their time each week to assist with swimming activities. Every volunteer has undergone the necessary training, and DBS checks to ensure the highest standards of care and instruction. We are particularly grateful for our partnership with Blackpool Council, which ensures that fully qualified teaching staff with appropriate levels of certification are available to support our swimmers, a support that we deeply appreciate.

In addition to the committee, the Club could not be run without a number of volunteers, both volunteer teachers and "Helpers in the Water". These members give their time to assist in running swimming sessions each week. They have all received appropriate training and are DBS-checked. Blackpool Council supply teaching staff with levels of qualifications appropriate to their involvement.
